Accredited with the FP&M SETA, and with a successful track record of over 18 years, we have partnered with social development partners, retailers and manufacturers in the clothing and textile sectors to implement an array of innovative skills development interventions to address scarce and critical skills gaps.
One of our major focus areas is the training of unemployed youth, equipping them with relevant workplace knowledge and technical skills, thus increasing their employability in the formal and informal sectors.

In June 2020, Thandeka Vocational Education Trust (Pty) Ltd launched its first accredited skills programme to be presented entirely on an e-learning platform. The Team Leader E-learning course which consists of 5 credit bearing unit standards at NQF level 3 and 4 was piloted with great success!
