  • Spend up to 6% of the total leviable amount on qualifying learning programmes for black people to earn 8 points.
  • Spend up to 0,3% of the total leviable amount on qualifying learning programmes for black disabled employees to earn 4 points.
  • Claim 4 points for enrolling 2,5% of employees on qualifying learning programmes.
  • Claim 4 points for enrolling black unemployed learners on qualifying learning programmes.
