Annually, SETAs advertise Discretionary Grant Funding Windows, allowing registered and qualifying employers to apply for funding for learning programmes. In the case of the FP&M SETA, discretionary grant applications are due on 30 April of each year.

Learning programme grants have fixed values and serve to partially fund the total cost of training (e.g. the cost of an external provider, internal expenditure relating to the implementation of workplace-based training, stipends for unemployed learners, etc).

TVET SA can assist your firm with the grant application and implementation process. Contact elmine@tvetsa.org.za to set up an appointment.
